Cancellations:
Sessions will proceed in all weather conditions unless the safety of athletes and coaches is at risk. If needed, we will make efforts to arrange an alternative venue before cancelling a session. Any changes will be communicated via our Facebook or Instagram pages.
In the event of a session cancellation, athletes will receive a credit for an alternative or makeup session. All credits must be used before the end of the term and the subsequent holiday period. Credits will not carry over into the new term. Rebooking for these sessions is the athlete’s responsibility and can be done via text or email.
No refunds will be issued if an athlete is unable to attend their nominated session due to illness, injury, holidays, or other conflicting commitments.
Registration Commitment:
By registering for this program, the athlete (or parent/guardian) is committing to a minimum period of 10 weeks. Payment is required for the full term, regardless of attendance, to ensure consistency in training and program sustainability.
Once registration is complete, fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, such as long-term injury or relocation, at the discretion of the program organisers. This policy allows us to plan sessions effectively, secure coaching staff, and maintain the highest quality of training for all athletes.
By committing to the full term, athletes maximise their development, build long-term progress, and contribute to a supportive training environment.
What to Bring:
Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring:
Joggers & footy boots

In cooler months, we recommend bringing a warm jumper or waterproof jacket, as all sessions are held outdoors.
Liability:
By participating in these sessions, the athlete acknowledges the risks associated with physical activity outdoors. While all care is taken to ensure athlete safety, Steel City Performance will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death under any circumstances.
